The stuff that counts
I’m the founder and CEO of www.userintelligence.com.au, a remote usability testing service that helps website owners and marketers get the answers to questions that web analytics simply can’t tell them.
I market that business, and those of my clients using social marketing. I also embed social marketing into the fabric of my business internally. I’ve experienced first hand how ‘social’ is more than ‘likes’ and ‘followers’; it’s a strategic asset that deepens customer insight and builds organisational value.
- My view is that today’s social customer is not just the early adopters. The social approach to buying is becoming commonplace – especially for higher touch, higher involvement products and services.
- My view is that in the not-too-distant future the ‘social commerce’, ‘social crm’, ‘social marketing’ labels won’t exist. They will be completely woven into the fabric of doing business.
- Surviving, not just thriving, in this environment requires an investment in understanding social customer engagement and building strategies to support and evolve with them over time.
Who I help
I’m particularly focused on working with B2B organisations to develop social marketing strategies and design a social orientation to their sales and marketing methodologies. I also concern myself the tools and techniques that help interpret social data.
I’m always open to opportunities to work with businesses needing to develop their first entry point into social marketing and customer engagement, particularly consulting companies and software/application vendors.

This is my way of being present, alive, awake to the world.
