When you were born…
When you were born you were given multi-coloured toys made of wood, plastic and fabrics.
When you were a child you were given crayons, pencils, brushes and paints.
When you went to school you learned to sing, dance, act and play.
You were young, you were given opportunities to explore, create and learn.
As you got older…
When you went to high school you were taught to the learning map and how to remember as many right answers as possible.
When you went to university you were taught the research map and how best to formulate an argument based on known paradigms.
When you went to work you were taught the how-we-do-things-around-here compliance map and how to fit in.
And now…
